Hello. My name is Heather Sweetser. Like many students of Arabic, I became increasingly frustrated with the way Arabic grammar is taught by many books on the market today. It seemed like Arabic grammar could be relatively simple and logical, yet many books seemed to go out of the way to make grammar as complicated as possible. To whit: the 'best' reference guide contained words I needed a Latin-English dictionary to understand. Furthermore, there seemed to be no resource I could go to in order to determine which book might best suit my own Arabic grammar needs.
Frustrating.
This website is the product of my ongoing quest to search for the perfect Arabic grammar book.
